Check with your local radiator shop. They'll be able to look up/cross reference something that will fit a whole lot easier than we can

Could be parts consolidation? Even on much later vehicles heater cores can be slightly different than OEM.

Ordered this one but it will be one inch shorter in width (original is 7” wide, this is 6”). We’ll see how it works...

Maybe the po changed the heater core when the ac was installed. Is there a part number on the old heater? Measure the inlet and outlet...

Already did, it has ac but it looks like an aftermarket ara system. The non ac heater cores are way smaller than the one in this truck.
