Working on my 87. Rebuilt Holley performer carb cause it was all gunked up inside. Its got a Carter external pump on it snd Im trying to set the pressure regulator because I cant get it to go above 3psl. Anyway im getting fuel shooting out of the front vent tube, BUT, Im not getting any fuel to come out of the sight window( hole). How is that possible?
